Genesis Lecture 52 (Cherubim and Dinosaurs)
Bible passage: Genesis 2:15
"Then the LORD God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it."
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
This is the 52nd lecture on Genesis. Adam lived in the Garden of Eden giving birth to his descendants for countless years. And he ruled over the Garden of Eden and the earth with God-given authority, wisdom and power. Adam had to take an aircraft to come the earth. It was because there is an area where the time flow stops between the 2nd and the 1st heavens. This area is the buffer zone between the 2nd and the 1st heaven. Both heavens have different time flows, but as Adam passed through this buffer zone, he didn't feel the difference. Without this buffer zone, Adam, who had bones and skin, could have felt the difference of both heavens severely. If you fly here from the other side of the earth, you will experience jet-lag (desynchronosis) for a while.
If there were no buffer zone between the 2 heavens, whenever Adam flew to and from the earth, he would feel the time difference directly. But as he passed through an area where the time flow stopped, he could adapt himself well to the place he was flying. Furthermore, he could fly to the earth instantly through the space of this corridor. By the way, I explained before that the angels of the 3rd heaven travel instantly to the earth through this area where the time flow stops. In fact, the time flow difference doesn't matter to those who consist of only spirit without flesh such as angels, Satan, and the devil.
Therefore, the spirit-only being doesn't actually need to pass through the area where the time flow stops. Instead, they travel to the earth through designated spiritual passageways. Just as there are routes for a ship to sail in the vast ocean and corridors for airplanes to fly in the sky, there are also passageways in the spiritual realm. From time to time, the evil spirits and the spirits that belong to God confront each other in these passageways of the spiritual realm. Then, it is the time for the spiritual warfare to break out. In Daniel 10:13-14, Archangel Gabriel appeared before Daniel, and delivered the answer of God to him. It reads, "But the prince of the kingdom of Persia was withstanding me for twenty-one days; then behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left there with the kings of Persia.
Now I have come to give you an understanding of what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision pertains to the days yet future." Here, "the prince of the kingdom of Persia" refers to the king of Persia in a physical sense, but also to the evil spirit in the spiritual sense. This evil spirit was withstanding the Archangel Gabriel in a way of the spiritual realm. As Daniel continued to pray by faith without changing and filled the proper measure according to justice, the evil spirit couldn't stop the Archangel Gabriel any more. Then, God sent the Archangel Michael to defeat the evil spirits. Lucifer and evil spirits interfere with the works of God with the authority of the darkness during the period of human cultivation. When the necessary measure to receive answer is filled according to justice, they cannot interfere any longer.
The same spiritual law still applies today. If the passageways of the spiritual realm are wide open between you and God the Father, you can receive answers no matter what you ask for. If you satisfy the requirements to receive answers according to justice, the enemy devil and Satan cannot interfere with you. I already explained about the seven conditions to receive answers to your prayer during the "Seven Spirits" sermon. They are faith, joy, payer, thanksgiving, law-abidingness (keeping the Law, the Commandments), faithfulness, and love. According to your measure of faith and prayer subject, if you fill the proper measure, the answer is coming through a corridor of the spiritual realm. I hope that you can make the best use of this spiritual law and receive answers to whatever you ask. Unlike angels that consist of only spirit, Adam, who was the living being, couldn't fly, and thus he had to take an aircraft to come to the earth. I said the aircraft was what is now known as a UFO, which are observed frequently today.
Especially this year, the number of UFO observations suddenly increased, and their appearance took on a different aspect from the past. Let me introduce a report made by "ukopia.com" which is a news site located in the States. "Unlike the past years, quite a number of UFO observations were reported throughout the whole globe, and it makes scientists nervous. Only a few people observed UFO in the past, but it has changed recently. UFO appeared before the eyes of hundreds or thousands of people, and it was impossible for the government to make up a story. The biggest sensation so far this year was the UFO which appeared this past July 9 in China. Due to this UFO, the Chinese government shut down the airport in the city, and prohibited all the airplanes from landing and taking-off, and the government is not providing a clear explanation about it. A few hours before the airport was shut down, the citizens observed the gigantic luminous body, and they were terrified."
This year alone, 3 reports about UFO observation have been made. The UK is another country where the appearance of UFO is frequent. Last October in a city of the UK, people observed a triangular UFO circling over a residential area. This triangular UFO was also observed in the sky of Belgium in 1990. At that time, fighter planes made a sortie due to this UFO's strange shape. Moreover, a British police officer observed 3 extraterrestrials in July, 2009. According to the officer, they were all blonde wearing a white uniform and they were 6 feet tall or taller. As the office approached them, they ran away at an incredibly fast speed. Their look is quite similar to the look of the people in the Garden of Eden just as God told us. Last September, UN officially appointed an "Alien-UFO Ambassador." This UFO Ambassador has to the first one to greet as an alien visits the earth. Mazlan Othman, a Malaysian astrophysicist, became the first UN official UFO Ambassador.
As you can see, the existence of UFO cannot be denied any more. Since the people of the world cannot identify it, they call it UFO, but we do know. It is the aircraft that the people in the Garden of Eden take to come to the earth. By this aircraft, Adam made frequent travels to the earth. Whenever Adam came to the earth, he found a beautiful spot and stayed there. His favorite place was the Nile River area of today. The Nile River has close relation with Gihon, which was the 2nd river among the 4 rivers that were created with the waters form Eden. As long time went by, the God-made Gihon met with other tributaries and became the Nile River. The size of the river became bigger and it became more beautiful. This Nile River seemed very beautiful to the eyes of Adam. Its beauty didn't fall behind the look of the rivers in the Garden of Eden, and thus Adam was satisfied with it.
Adam liked to visit the Nile River area. The Nile River area was like a summer home to Adam. It was a place where Adam could stop and take a rest. Now, some of you may have a question about this. The Garden of Eden is a much better place than the earth, but why did Adam like the Nile River on this earth- To help you understand it, let me give you an example. Jeju Island of this country is one of the top-picks for foreign tourists. The entire island was beautifully formed. Now, what about the native residents of Jeju island- Since they live in such a beautiful place, will they not feel like visiting other places- Of course, the Halla Mountain of Jeju island is beautiful, but they also want to see Soerak and Gumgang Mountain.
They may visit a less beautiful place than Jeju Island, but they may find it quite beautiful. Since they see and feel strange but unique scenes and culture, they may feel something new and fresh. It was the same with Adam. By that time, the earth was well maintained as God created, and thus it was much more beautiful than as it is now. Adam could receive impression from the earth that was different from the Garden of Eden. Especially, the big and strong Nile River fascinated Adam's heart. Besides, the earth was the physical motherland to Adam. It is because God created Adam from the dust of the ground on Earth. Since Adam knew this fact, Adam cherished the earth very much even though he lived in the Garden of Eden.
Some of you left your hometown where you were born and grew up long time ago. For some reason, the hometown brings an easy feeling to you. As you think of the hometown, you feel peaceful and happy. You feel like the hometown will welcome you anytime you visit it. To Adam, the earth was a place that had such impressions on him. Therefore, Adam frequently visited the earth, and ruled over it and kept it with the God-given authority. One day, Adam had a plan to construct a building on earth to symbolize his authority. He wanted to construct a unique building which could show the earth his territory in his favorite place, the Nile River area. However, his plan couldn't be carried out immediately due to a major incident that took place in the Garden of Eden. I will explain about the incident in the next lecture. Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
Using the God-given authority and wisdom, Adam ruled and kept the Garden of Eden and the earth well. Then, was it Adam alone who managed and ruled over such a vast area- Even a leader of a small group has so many things to take care of. That's why there are different departments that help the leader, and there are workers in the departments. It was not just Adam alone who was busy. God gave special beings that were suitable for Adam's authority to help Adam. They were the cherubim. I already gave you a detailed explanation about the cherub in Revelation Lecture 15, and so I will briefly explain them. The spiritual beings that God govern can be categorized into two; angels and cherubim. Angels have almost the same appearance of men, but they have wings. Unlike angels, cherubim have the look of animals, and they are varied in form.
Some cherubim have a face of a man, and a body of an animal. Just as there are many different kinds of animals on the land, there are many different cherubim. It shows how many various creations God the Father can create. It also shows how infinite His power of creation can be. In other words, the existence of cherubim shows that God the Father's power and divinity is so great and vast. Even though both angels and cherubim are all governed by God, their roles are different. Angels minister to God and they also sing praises and dance. They also serve the saved children of God, and they maintain the dwelling places of Heaven. On the other hand, cherubim are mainly in charge of "escorting and guarding." There are ranks and orders in the world of cherubim, and cherubim in higher ranks escort God the Trinity.
The 4 Living Creatures fall into this group. Other cherubim that are in lower ranks usually in charge of "guarding." There are records in the Bible about the cherubim that guard the Garden of Eden. Genesis 3:24 says, "So He drove the man out; and at the east of the garden of Eden He stationed the cherubim and the flaming sword which turned every direction to guard the way to the tree of life." After Adam sinned, God the Father drove them out of the Garden of Eden and He stationed the cherubim on guard at the east of the Garden of Eden. To be more specific, He made the cherubim to guard the way to the tree of life from which the fruit of life is borne. In the bible, the records about the cherubim in the Garden of Eden appear after Adam committed sin. However, cherubim were already there in the Garden of Eden. The cherubim escorted Adam, and guarded the Garden of Eden.
The east side of the Garden of Eden adjoins the domain of Darkness. Lucifer and the evil spirits always look for a chance to tempt the people in the Garden of Eden. Therefore, God sent cherubim to the Garden of Eden to help Adam. In addition, some of the cherubim always escorted Adam. Adam was the leader in the highest rank to rule over the Garden of Eden and the Earth. The cherubim were sent to escort Adam, suitable for Adam's position and authority. A long time ago, when a king went somewhere, there were many people who escorted and followed the king. The kings' sedan chair or chariot was big and splendid, and even the soldiers that escorted the king exuded dignity and authority.
Imagine a king who was riding on a horse all by himself. Don't you think he would look shabby- Likewise, the dignity and glory of a king may differ when he is escorted or when he is not. That's why God sent the cherubim to escort Adam. When Adam visited the earth, the cherubim followed him and escorted him. We can feel how special God's consideration for Adam was. However, God the Father's consideration for Adam didn't stop here. He had another special present for Adam. He created animals that resembled the look of the cherubim and gave them to Adam. They were the dinosaurs. All the animals and plants which were created on earth could also be found in the Garden of Eden. However, dinosaurs were found only in the Garden of Eden. When God created the plants and animals on earth, He used the ground and water of the earth as materials. As God spoke 'words' in His voice, they were created as to the blueprints. I will give you detailed explanation about the creation process of plants and animals as we get to Genesis 2:19. By the way, the material that God used to create the dinosaurs was not from the earth, but it was the ground of the Garden of Eden.
The Garden of Eden is the mid-dimension between the spirit and flesh. It has ground and waters like the earth. Therefore, the dinosaurs which were made from the ground of the Garden of Eden were the animals that had bones and skin. Since they were created from the material that belongs to the 2nd heaven, their constituents were different from the animals of the earth. As you examine a dinosaurs' fossil, you can find a very interesting fact. According to the study of their bones, people found that they had very strong bone structure. Dinosaurs were not created on the earth, but they were originally created in the Garden of Eden of the 2nd heaven. They were special pets that God gave to Adam. The earth is a physical space with limits, but the Garden of Eden is an endless and vast place. That's why God created dinosaurs of such a huge size. Of course, God created various kinds of dinosaurs in different sizes and shapes. There were normal sized dinosaurs, but most of them were quite large.
The original look of the dinosaurs that God created is much different from what you know today. Originally, dinosaurs looked very beautiful and they were lovely. After they were driven out from the Garden of Eden to the earth, they transformed to look hideous. Among them, there were some dinosaurs that were not fully transformed. As its result, fossils of some 'colorful dinosaurs' were found. Related to this, a study made by some British scientists was reported by the Hankook Ilbo and Chinese newspapers. The study said that dinosaurs, known to have only gray color, might have had a fancy look with the feathers in orange and white colors. Dinosaurs always stayed by Adam and gave joy and pleasure to him. They played with Adam, and he rode on their backs when he moved from one place to another. When Adam rode on the back of dinosaurs, he had a different I kind of fun and enjoyment than riding on a UFO. Moreover, dinosaurs could communicate with Adam.
Since they were gentle and simple in characteristics, they obeyed Adam well. However, dinosaurs were not wise enough to understand Adam's deep heart. They were just lovely animals that give simple joy and pleasure to Adam. Dinosaurs spent long period of time with Adam in the Garden of Eden. They multiplied and increased in numbers. Since the Garden of Eden is far bigger than the earth, it was not a problem when the number of dinosaurs increased. However, an incident broke out so that all the dinosaurs were driven out to the earth. It will be explained in the next lecture.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ. In this lecture, I first explained that there are passageway and corridors to the spiritual realm from this earth. When you are properly qualified according to justice, God gives answer to your prayer through these passageways. I also told you about the reason why Adam frequently visited the earth, and mentioned about his favorite place. I also explained about the 'cherubim' that escorted Adam and that guard the Garden of Eden. I told you as well a little bit about the dinosaurs which were the gift that God gave to Adam. In the history of mankind, how many people do you think have known these spiritual facts You are listening to the facts that nobody could know unless God explained it. It is a great benefit to you if you know of the spiritual realm. And many of these things can become lessons to you. May you long for these Genesis Lectures and quickly accomplish the spirit and whole spirit, in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ, I pray!

“Bwana Mungu akamtwaa huyo mtu, akamweka katika bustani ya Edeni, ailime na kuitunza.”

Adamu aliishi katika Bustani ya Edeni kwa miaka mingi sana, akizaa wazao. Alitawala Bustani ya Edeni na dunia kwa mamlaka, hekima na nguvu alizopewa na Mungu. Adamu alilazimika kutumia chombo cha angani ili kufika duniani, kwa sababu kati ya mbingu ya pili na ya kwanza kuna eneo ambamo mtiririko wa wakati husimama. Eneo hilo ni ukanda wa mpito kati ya mbingu hizo. Mbingu hizo mbili zina mitiririko tofauti ya wakati, lakini Adamu alipopitia ukanda huo hakuhisi tofauti. Bila ukanda huo, Adamu aliyekuwa na mifupa na ngozi angehisi sana tofauti ya mbingu hizo. Mtu akisafiri kwa ndege kutoka upande mwingine wa dunia, hupata kwa muda tofauti ya saa za maeneo.
Kama kusingekuwa na ukanda wa mpito kati ya mbingu hizo, Adamu angehisi tofauti ya wakati moja kwa moja kila alipokwenda duniani na kurudi. Lakini alipitia eneo ambamo wakati ulisimama, akaweza kuzoea vizuri mahali alikokuwa akisafiri. Zaidi ya hayo, angeweza kufika duniani papo hapo kupitia nafasi ya ukanda huo. Niliwaeleza awali kwamba malaika wa mbingu ya tatu husafiri papo hapo hadi duniani kupitia eneo ambamo mtiririko wa wakati husimama. Kwa kweli, tofauti ya wakati haiwahusu viumbe wa rohoni pekee wasio na mwili kama malaika, Shetani na Ibilisi.
Kwa hiyo viumbe wa rohoni pekee hawahitaji kupita katika eneo ambamo mtiririko wa wakati husimama. Badala yake, husafiri hadi duniani kupitia njia maalumu za rohoni. Kama vile kuna njia za meli kusafiri baharini na njia za ndege angani, kuna njia pia katika ulimwengu wa rohoni. Mara kwa mara, pepo wachafu na roho za Mungu hukutana katika njia hizo. Hapo vita vya rohoni huanza. Katika Danieli 10:13–14, malaika mkuu Gabrieli alimtokea Danieli na kumfikishia jibu la Mungu. Anasema: “Lakini mkuu wa ufalme wa Uajemi akanipinga siku ishirini na moja; lakini tazama, Mikaeli, mmoja wa wakuu wa mbele, akaja kunisaidia, nami nikamwacha huko pamoja na wafalme wa Uajemi. Sasa nimekuja kukufahamisha yatakayowapata watu wako siku za mwisho; maana maono haya ni ya siku nyingi zijazo.”
Hapa, “mkuu wa ufalme wa Uajemi” anamaanisha mfalme wa Uajemi kwa upande wa mwili, na pia pepo mchafu kwa upande wa rohoni. Pepo huyo alimzuia malaika mkuu Gabrieli katika ulimwengu wa rohoni. Danieli alipoendelea kuomba kwa imani bila kubadilika na kutimiza kipimo kinachotakiwa kulingana na haki, pepo huyo hakuweza tena kumzuia Gabrieli. Kisha Mungu akamtuma malaika mkuu Mikaeli kuwashinda pepo wachafu. Lusifa na pepo wachafu huingilia kazi ya Mungu kwa kutumia mamlaka ya giza wakati wa kilimo cha wanadamu. Kipimo kinachohitajika cha kupokea jibu kikitimia kulingana na haki, hawawezi tena kuingilia.
Sheria hiyo ya rohoni bado inatumika leo. Njia za ulimwengu wa rohoni zikiwa wazi kati yenu na Mungu Baba, mnaweza kupokea jibu kwa lolote mtakaloliomba. Mkitimiza masharti ya kupokea majibu kulingana na haki, adui Ibilisi na Shetani hawawezi kuwazuia. Tayari nilieleza masharti saba ya kupokea majibu ya maombi katika mahubiri ya “Roho Saba.” Ni imani, furaha, maombi, shukrani, kutii sheria na amri, uaminifu na upendo. Kulingana na kipimo cha imani yenu na jambo mnaloliombea, mtimizapo kipimo kinachofaa, jibu huja kupitia njia za ulimwengu wa rohoni. Natumaini mtautumia vizuri zaidi ukweli huu wa rohoni na kupokea majibu ya maombi yenu. Tofauti na malaika ambao ni roho pekee, Adamu, aliyekuwa kiumbe hai, hakuweza kuruka; ilimbidi kutumia chombo cha angani kufika duniani. Nilisema chombo hicho ndicho kinachojulikana leo kama UFO, ambazo huonekana mara nyingi siku hizi.
Hasa mwaka huu, idadi ya watu walioripoti kuona UFO iliongezeka ghafula, na mwonekano wake ukawa tofauti na zamani. Niruhusuni kutaja ripoti iliyochapishwa na ukopia.com, tovuti ya habari iliyoko Marekani: “Tofauti na miaka iliyopita, taarifa nyingi za kuonekana kwa UFO ziliripotiwa duniani kote, na jambo hilo linawatia wasiwasi wanasayansi. Zamani watu wachache tu ndio walioona UFO, lakini hali imebadilika hivi karibuni. UFO zimeonekana na mamia au maelfu ya watu, hivyo serikali haiwezi kutunga hadithi ya kulificha. Tukio kubwa zaidi hadi sasa mwaka huu lilikuwa UFO iliyoonekana tarehe 9 Julai nchini China. Kwa sababu yake, serikali ya China ilifunga uwanja wa ndege wa jiji hilo na kuzuia ndege zote kutua au kupaa, lakini haijatoa maelezo yaliyo wazi. Saa chache kabla ya uwanja kufungwa, wakazi waliona kitu kikubwa chenye mwanga na wakaogopa.”
Mwaka huo pekee, ripoti tatu za watu kuona UFO zilitolewa. Uingereza pia ni nchi ambayo UFO huonekana mara nyingi. Oktoba iliyotangulia, watu katika jiji moja la Uingereza waliona UFO ya pembe tatu ikizunguka juu ya makazi. UFO hiyo ya pembe tatu ilionekana pia angani nchini Ubelgiji mwaka 1990. Wakati huo, ndege za kivita ziliruka kwa sababu ya umbo lake lisilo la kawaida. Aidha, afisa wa polisi wa Uingereza aliona viumbe watatu wa nje ya dunia Julai 2009. Kulingana na afisa huyo, wote walikuwa warefu zaidi ya futi sita, wenye nywele za kimanjano na wamevaa sare nyeupe. Alipowakaribia, walikimbia kwa kasi isiyoaminika. Mwonekano wao unafanana sana na watu wa Bustani ya Edeni kama Mungu alivyotufunulia. Septemba iliyopita, Umoja wa Mataifa ulimteua rasmi “Balozi wa Viumbe wa Nje ya Dunia na UFO.” Balozi huyo angekuwa mtu wa kwanza kuwapokea wageni wa nje ya dunia wakifika duniani. Mwanaastrofizikia wa Malaysia Mazlan Othman akawa afisa wa kwanza wa Umoja wa Mataifa kushika wadhifa huo.
Kama mnavyoona, haiwezekani tena kukana kuwepo kwa UFO. Watu duniani hawawezi kuitambua, ndiyo maana huiita UFO, lakini sisi tunajua ni nini: ni chombo cha angani ambacho watu wa Bustani ya Edeni hutumia kufika duniani. Adamu alisafiri duniani mara nyingi kwa chombo hicho. Kila alipofika, alitafuta sehemu nzuri na kukaa humo. Alipenda sana eneo la Mto Nile la leo. Mto Nile una uhusiano wa karibu na Gihoni, mto wa pili kati ya ile mito minne iliyotokana na maji ya Edeni. Muda mrefu ulipopita, Gihoni ulioumbwa na Mungu uliungana na mito mingine midogo na kuwa Mto Nile. Mto huo ukawa mkubwa na mzuri zaidi. Kwa macho ya Adamu, Nile ulikuwa mzuri sana. Uzuri wake haukupungua ukilinganishwa na mito ya Bustani ya Edeni, kwa hiyo Adamu aliridhika nao.
Adamu alipenda kutembelea eneo la Mto Nile. Eneo hilo lilikuwa kama makazi yake ya likizo ya kiangazi, mahali pa kusimama na kupumzika. Huenda baadhi yenu mkauliza: “Bustani ya Edeni ni bora zaidi kuliko dunia; kwa nini Adamu alipenda Nile hapa duniani?” Nitoe mfano. Kisiwa cha Jeju nchini Korea ni mojawapo ya maeneo yanayopendwa zaidi na watalii wa kigeni. Kisiwa chote kimeumbwa kwa uzuri. Lakini wakazi wa Jeju je? Kwa kuwa wanaishi mahali pazuri sana, je, hawatamani kutembelea sehemu nyingine? Bila shaka Mlima Halla wa Jeju ni mzuri, lakini wangependa pia kuona milima ya Seorak na Geumgang.
Wanaweza kutembelea mahali pasipo pazuri kama Jeju lakini wakakiona kuwa cha kuvutia. Kwa kuwa wanaona mandhari na tamaduni ngeni lakini za pekee, wanaweza kuhisi jambo jipya na safi. Hali ilikuwa hivyo kwa Adamu. Wakati huo dunia ilikuwa imetengenezwa vizuri kama Mungu alivyoiumba, kwa hiyo ilikuwa nzuri zaidi kuliko ilivyo sasa. Dunia ilimvutia Adamu kwa namna tofauti na Bustani ya Edeni. Hasa, Mto Nile mkubwa na wenye nguvu ulivutia moyo wake. Isitoshe, dunia ilikuwa nchi yake ya asili kwa upande wa mwili, kwa kuwa Mungu alimwumba Adamu kutokana na mavumbi ya ardhi ya dunia. Adamu alilijua jambo hilo na aliithamini sana dunia ingawa aliishi Bustani ya Edeni.
Baadhi yenu mliacha mji wenu wa kuzaliwa na kukulia zamani. Kwa sababu fulani, mnapoufikiria mji huo, mioyo yenu hutulia na kufurahi. Mnahisi kwamba mji wenu utawakaribisha kila mtakaporudi. Kwa Adamu, dunia ilikuwa na hisia kama hizo. Kwa hiyo aliitembelea mara nyingi, akaitawala na kuitunza kwa mamlaka aliyopewa na Mungu. Siku moja alipanga kujenga jengo duniani litakaloashiria mamlaka yake. Alitaka kujenga jengo la pekee katika eneo alilolipenda, karibu na Nile, ili dunia itambue kuwa hapo ni himaya yake. Lakini tukio kubwa lililotokea Bustani ya Edeni lilizuia mpango wake kutekelezwa mara moja. Nitaeleza kuhusu tukio hilo katika somo lijalo. Ndugu wapendwa katika Kristo.
Adamu alitawala na kuitunza vizuri Bustani ya Edeni na dunia kwa mamlaka na hekima alizopewa na Mungu. Je, Adamu peke yake ndiye aliyesimamia eneo kubwa hivyo? Hata kiongozi wa kikundi kidogo huwa na mambo mengi ya kushughulikia. Ndiyo maana huwa na idara na wafanyakazi wanaomsaidia. Si Adamu peke yake aliyekuwa na shughuli nyingi. Mungu alimpa viumbe wa pekee waliostahili mamlaka yake wamsaidie: makerubi. Tayari nilieleza kwa kina kuhusu makerubi katika Mafundisho ya Ufunuo 15, kwa hiyo nitawataja kwa ufupi. Viumbe wa rohoni wanaotawaliwa na Mungu wanaweza kugawanywa katika makundi mawili: malaika na makerubi. Malaika wanafanana kwa kiasi kikubwa na wanadamu lakini wana mabawa. Makerubi ni tofauti; wana maumbo ya wanyama, na maumbo yao hutofautiana.
Baadhi ya makerubi wana uso wa mwanadamu na mwili wa mnyama. Kama vile kuna aina nyingi za wanyama duniani, kuna aina nyingi za makerubi. Hilo linaonyesha jinsi Mungu Baba anavyoweza kuumba viumbe mbalimbali, na jinsi uwezo wake wa uumbaji ulivyo mkubwa usio na kikomo. Kwa maneno mengine, kuwepo kwa makerubi kunaonyesha ukuu na ukubwa wa nguvu na uungu wa Mungu Baba. Ingawa malaika na makerubi wote hutawaliwa na Mungu, majukumu yao hutofautiana. Malaika humtumikia Mungu, huimba sifa na kucheza. Pia huwahudumia watoto wa Mungu waliookolewa na kutunza makao ya Mbinguni. Makerubi, kwa upande mwingine, hushughulikia hasa “kusindikiza na kulinda.” Kuna vyeo na mpangilio katika jamii ya makerubi; wale wenye vyeo vya juu zaidi huisindikiza Utatu wa Mungu.
Viumbe Hai Wanne ni miongoni mwao. Makerubi wengine wa vyeo vya chini kwa kawaida huwajibika “kulinda.” Biblia inaeleza kuhusu makerubi waliolinda Bustani ya Edeni. Mwanzo 3:24 inasema, “Basi akamfukuza huyo mtu, akaweka makerubi upande wa mashariki wa bustani ya Edeni, na upanga wa moto uliogeuka huko na huko, kuilinda njia ya mti wa uzima.” Adamu alipofanya dhambi, Mungu Baba alimfukuza Bustani ya Edeni na kuweka makerubi upande wa mashariki kuilinda. Kwa usahihi zaidi, aliwaweka walinde njia ya mti unaozalisha tunda la uzima. Katika Biblia, makerubi wa Bustani ya Edeni wanatajwa baada ya Adamu kutenda dhambi, lakini tayari walikuwapo Bustani ya Edeni. Walimsindikiza Adamu na kuilinda Bustani.
Upande wa mashariki wa Bustani ya Edeni unapakana na himaya ya Giza. Lusifa na pepo wachafu hutafuta daima nafasi ya kuwajaribu watu wa Bustani ya Edeni. Kwa hiyo Mungu aliwatuma makerubi huko wamsaidie Adamu. Aidha, baadhi ya makerubi walimsindikiza Adamu daima. Adamu alikuwa kiongozi wa cheo cha juu zaidi aliyetawala Bustani ya Edeni na dunia. Mungu alimtumia makerubi wanaolingana na nafasi na mamlaka yake wamsindikize. Zamani mfalme aliposafiri, watu wengi walimsindikiza na kumfuata. Kiti chake cha enzi au gari lake lilikuwa kubwa na la fahari, na hata askari waliomsindikiza walionyesha heshima na mamlaka.
Hebu mwazieni mfalme akipanda farasi peke yake. Je, hangeonekana duni? Vivyo hivyo, heshima na utukufu wa mfalme vinaweza kuonekana tofauti akisindikizwa au akiwa peke yake. Ndiyo sababu Mungu aliwatuma makerubi wamsindikize Adamu. Adamu alipotembelea dunia, makerubi walimfuata na kumsindikiza. Tunaweza kuhisi jinsi Mungu alivyomjali Adamu kwa namna ya pekee. Lakini Mungu Baba hakuishia hapo; alimpa Adamu zawadi nyingine ya pekee. Aliumba wanyama waliofanana kwa umbo na makerubi, akawapa Adamu: dinosauri. Wanyama na mimea yote iliyoombwa duniani ilipatikana pia Bustani ya Edeni, lakini dinosauri walipatikana Bustani ya Edeni pekee. Mungu alipoumba mimea na wanyama wa duniani, alitumia udongo na maji ya dunia kama malighafi. Aliposema Neno lake, vikaumbwa kulingana na michoro yake. Nitawaeleza kwa kina mchakato wa uumbaji wa mimea na wanyama tutakapofika Mwanzo 2:19. Lakini dinosauri hawakuumbwa kwa udongo wa dunia; Mungu alitumia udongo wa Bustani ya Edeni.
Bustani ya Edeni ni ulimwengu wa kati kati ya rohoni na mwilini. Ina udongo na maji kama dunia. Kwa hiyo dinosauri waliotengenezwa kwa udongo wa Bustani ya Edeni walikuwa wanyama wenye mifupa na ngozi. Kwa kuwa waliumbwa kutokana na vitu vya mbingu ya pili, viambato vyao vilitofautiana na vile vya wanyama wa duniani. Mnapochunguza kisukuku cha dinosauri mnaweza kuona jambo la kuvutia sana: uchunguzi wa mifupa yao umeonyesha kwamba walikuwa na muundo wa mifupa imara sana. Dinosauri hawakuumbwa duniani; awali waliumbwa Bustani ya Edeni katika mbingu ya pili. Walikuwa wanyama wa kufugwa wa pekee ambao Mungu alimpa Adamu. Dunia ni anga ya mwili yenye mipaka, lakini Bustani ya Edeni ni eneo kubwa lisilo na mwisho. Ndiyo sababu Mungu aliumba dinosauri wenye miili mikubwa hivyo. Bila shaka aliumba aina mbalimbali zenye ukubwa na maumbo tofauti. Kulikuwa na dinosauri wa kawaida, lakini wengi wao walikuwa wakubwa sana.
Umbo la awali la dinosauri ambao Mungu aliumba lilitofautiana sana na mnavyowajua leo. Mwanzoni walikuwa wazuri sana na wa kupendeza. Baada ya kufukuzwa Bustani ya Edeni na kupelekwa duniani, walibadilika na kuwa wa kutisha. Baadhi yao hawakubadilika kabisa, na kwa sababu hiyo visukuku vya baadhi ya “dinosauri wenye rangi nyingi” vilipatikana. Kuhusu jambo hili, utafiti wa wanasayansi fulani wa Uingereza uliripotiwa na magazeti ya Hankook Ilbo na China. Utafiti huo ulisema kwamba dinosauri, wanaojulikana kuwa wa rangi ya kijivu pekee, huenda walikuwa na manyoya yenye rangi angavu ya machungwa na nyeupe. Dinosauri walikaa karibu na Adamu daima na kumletea furaha na raha. Walicheza naye, naye alipanda migongoni mwao alipohama kutoka sehemu moja hadi nyingine. Alipowapanda dinosauri, alifurahia jambo tofauti na alipopanda UFO. Zaidi ya hayo, dinosauri waliweza kuwasiliana na Adamu.
Kwa kuwa walikuwa wapole na rahisi kitabia, walimtii Adamu vizuri. Hata hivyo, hawakuwa na hekima ya kutosha kuelewa undani wa moyo wa Adamu. Walikuwa wanyama wa kupendeza tu waliomletea furaha na raha rahisi. Dinosauri walikaa muda mrefu pamoja na Adamu Bustani ya Edeni. Walizaliana na kuongezeka kwa idadi. Kwa kuwa Bustani ya Edeni ni kubwa zaidi kuliko dunia, kuongezeka kwao hakukuwa tatizo. Lakini tukio lilitokea na dinosauri wote wakafukuzwa duniani. Nitaeleza kuhusu hilo katika somo lijalo.
Ndugu wapendwa katika Kristo, katika somo hili kwanza nimeeleza kwamba kutoka duniani kuna njia na korido zinazoelekea katika ulimwengu wa rohoni. Mnapotimiza ipasavyo masharti ya haki, Mungu hujibu maombi yenu kupitia njia hizo. Pia nimewaeleza kwa nini Adamu alitembelea dunia mara nyingi na kutaja mahali alipopenda zaidi. Nimeeleza kuhusu makerubi waliomsindikiza Adamu na kulinda Bustani ya Edeni, na pia kwa ufupi kuhusu dinosauri waliokuwa zawadi ya Mungu kwa Adamu. Katika historia ya wanadamu, mnafikiri ni watu wangapi wanaojua ukweli huu wa rohoni? Mnasikiliza mambo ambayo hakuna mtu angeweza kuyajua kama Mungu asingeyafunua. Kujua ulimwengu wa rohoni ni faida kubwa kwenu, na mengi ya mambo haya yanaweza kuwa mafundisho kwenu.
